Cooperation of Caucasian University and “Barama” Innovation Center

Students of Caucasian University have started a research work at “Barama” Innovation Center. 10 students of this higher educational institution are carrying out economic analytical research work within Barama project created at the initiative of “Azercell”.

In carrying out strategic research by using opportunities of Barama office, the students also pass training on business development. The main opportunity provided by this program is that, the students both gain practical knowledge within this project and study actual problems of companies. Azercell staff help them in this work.

2 weeks period is given to the students for the research work. The students will take in-depth analysis of the topic  and look for answers to many questions on the topic. They will study the reasons of many problems and factors which effect their level. They will also suggest effective solutions for elimination of these problems. In “Barama” project the students are given absolute freedom to work and no restriction exists against their work. Azercell staff conduct presentations for them, provide information and different forms of support within the project. To ensure different approaches on the problem, researchers are classified into 2 groups each consisting of 5. Members of these groups represent faculties of Finance, Management and Business Administration of Caucasian University.

This research work is also supported by USA International Development Agency (USAİD). The students who are involved in research work within the project are given salary. Training program is a great opportunity for talented young people who wish to realize himself/herself and demonstrate his/her abilities.
